Service is good and staffs are very supportive. Some rooms orientation is really bad, need to improve. Swimming pool is very small for this much big hotel. Food was nice and staffs were keep serving, very well managed kitchen.
Me and my two friend stayed in Hyatt Hotel for 5 long days in room number 1539, 1506 and 1431. Our experience was made great by staff member Uday. He is very polite and always ready to help. He is true people's person and ready to go beyond the limit to provide you good hospitality. Kudos to UDAY for making our trip amazing.
